Transportation

Let us set the tone as your guests arrive into Sea-Tac International Airport. We know that arriving to a new city can be overwhelming and our staff is there to meet each guest with custom signage to include your logo and company name, making sure your guests feel welcome. Your guest can sit back and relax in a private motor coach, SUV, town car or limousine.

We have a custom system allowing us to take your arrivals and departures, match names, flights, times and create a manifest that is detailed and complete. IDeas NW allows you to have the confidence that your guests are taken care of when their flight arrives into Sea-Tac.

Heading to Microsoft? We have a staff and transportation company that is very familiar with the Redmond campus.

16 years in hotels from Tacoma to Seattle allows us to understand negotiation and how to secure the best pricing for your event. We work with many hotels in the area.

Cruise to Alaska

There's no better way start or end a successful conference than cruising from Seattle to Alaska aboard Holland America or Princess Cruise lines. Enjoy, energize, sip, indulge and relax! The Alaskan cruise from Seattle is more than scenic, amazing and memorable; it is a once in a lifetime opportunity. You will come back rested, full of memories and stunning photos. The cruise offers a wide variety of dining in the formal dining room, buffets, grills and 24-hour room service. Washington Wineries
Just North of Seattle, in the small town of Woodinville, resides many premier wineries of the Pacific Northwest. Our tour will begin at Chateau Ste. Michelle, Wine Country Magazine's "Best of the Best American Wineries." You will tour through the cellars and view the wine making process. Afterwards a sample these amazing wines in the tasting room. Next, nearby Columbia Winery that has become nationally known for its full-bodied red wines as well as many enjoyable white wines. We may get a sneak preview at DeLille Cellars or Stevens Winery.

Seattle Food Tour
Taking you through the historic and rich "Belltown" tasting your way to the Pike Place Market.

Sailing Elliott Bay
The Obsession, a beautiful custom designed Sparkman/Stephens performance yacht, sails on Elliott bay for a 2 hour excursion. With Seattle, the Olympic Mountains and Mt. Rainier as your backdrop, the views are stunning. This private sailboat was featured in the movie Masquerade.

Seattle Glass Blowing
You will be treated to an afternoon for an interactive tour with a class on glass blowing. You'll create your own pieces with the hands on professional glassblowers in the studio's hot shop. The Glass Art Society headquarters are located here in Seattle and many famous glass artists are here as well including Dale Chihuly.

Cruise Lake Union
Seattle is known for our Floating Homes Communities. See the Sleepless in Seattle floating home and view this unique community Seattle residents call home. Your afternoon includes traveling into Lake Washington as well where you'll view homes of the founders of Microsoft, Starbucks, Nordstrom, and Costco.
